Your Excuses are Claptrap

Everytime we argue it’s a different story.
His excuses never make sense to me.
Words, even sentences don’t come clearly.

I have to work hard to decipher the claptrap.
He does nothing but snap.
This can’t be healthy, it must be a trap.

It never ends well.
These stressers come with no signal- no door bell.
According to him my attitude stinks and he can never stand the smell.

With everything being said to me I freeze up.
Fade into my own mind because he must be speaking a different language.
I just need him to ease up.
These things hurt and he has no bandage.
